Renew OnDemand Offers VARs Key Recurring Revenue Management Features

Recurring revenue management provider ServiceSource has announced availability of Renew OnDemand, a cloud application designed to help VARs maximize recurring revenue.

RenewOnDemand is software suite that includes such standard components as analytics, sales, operations, installed base, and channel applications. According to ServiceSource, this enables VARs to:

  • Increase recurring revenue and profitability by arming sales and channel partners with the tools, analysis, and best practices to maximize recurring revenue;
  • Improve customer retention via a better understanding of customer behavior and buying/churn patterns, enabling companies to make better decisions about retaining installed-base customers;
  • Gain business insight with renewals-specific key performance indicators, embedded analytics, and cross-industry benchmarking.
