Conference and collaboration services provider InterCall has completed beta testing of Microsoft Lync Online integrated with the Reservationless-Plus†audio conferencing platform, and the company has begun provisioning North American customers.
Lync Online is provided within†InterCall’s Office 365, which brings versions of Microsoft’s communication and collaboration tools into a cloud environment.
Integration of Reservationless-Plus platform coincides with InterCall’s recently having earned Gold Unified Communications Competency in the Microsoft Partner Network. To earn a Microsoft Gold Competency, organizations must complete a rigorous set of tests to prove their level of technology expertise, have at least four Microsoft Certified Professionals on staff, submit customer references, and demonstrate commitment to customer satisfaction.
“This achievement highlights our dedication to providing our customers with exceptional service, training and support,” says Bob Wise, Intercall’s executive vice president of unified communications services. “Our investment in integrating audio conferencing with Microsoft Office 365 provides a valuable offering in our expanding suite of cloud-based services.”
