nScaled, a Recovery-as-a-Service (RaaS) provider, is now offering a free Cloud Recovery accounts, adding new capabilities for SMBs and the channel. Cloud Recovery accounts enable VMware users to discover new tools for cloud-based disaster recovery, backup, and archiving.
nScaled’s Recovery Accounts offer an automated setup, providing access to the Recovery Console. Users can manage a variety of services in their virtual environments, including the tracking of events and alerts, monitoring, resource configuration, and management.
nScaled new channel partner interface in the Recovery Console gives partners the ability to create sub-accounts for the customer environments that they manage. IT service providers are able to have a view of customer activities, usage, and events in a dashboard. A resource center only accessible to partners is also within the Recovery Console, where partners can find dedicated sales tools, training, and technical resources.
