Pulseway Integrates with ConnectWise Manage

Pulseway has added managed services software vendor ConnectWise to its Global Technology Integration Program.

Effective immediately, MSPs can map organizations, sites, and agent groups in Pulseway’s RMM solution to company listings in the ConnectWise Manage PSA solution, and automatically generate tickets in the ConnectWise product as well. That enables technicians to be both more productive and more effective, according to Marius Mihalec, CEO and founder of MMSOFT Design Ltd., the Irish vendor that owns and operates Pulseway.

“It allows them to manage tickets efficiently [and] filter and route tickets based on customers and priority,” he says.

Other members of Pulseway’s Global Technology Integration Program include Datto Inc.’s Autotask product group, Kaseya’s IT Glue business unit, Kaspersky Lab, Pagerduty, Slack, Warranty Master, Webroot, and Zendesk.

Pulseway made ConnectWise the newest member of that club in response to partner requests. “Some of them are using ConnectWise Manage and Pulseway and wanted a way to create tickets from Pulseway alerts,” Mihalec says.

Targeted at MSPs looking for “born-in-the-cloud” management tools optimized for use on mobile devices, Pulseway’s integrated portfolio includes RMM, PSA, anti-virus, and backup solutions, among other components. Users can mix and match Pulseway products with third-party offerings as well, though, if they choose.

“We believe they should use the tools that are best for their business,” Mihalec says.

Pulseway expects further vendors to join its integration program going forward.

“We always listen to feedback from our customers and we’ll be adding more third-party integrations in the future but don’t have any details at this time,” Mihalec says.

In January, Pulseway rolled out a sales and marketing toolkit designed to help MSPs employ search engine advertising, social media, and other digital marketing tools to find and win new customers

Pulseway integration partner Datto introduced a developer program designed to make integrating solutions with its own RMM and PSA system easier for third-party vendors.
