Managed Technology Services LLC†(MTS), a trusted data-hosting service provider to the legal industry, announced that it will be working with Nutanix, a leader in enterprise cloud computing, under the company’s X-Powered Service Provider program to develop and deploy MTS’s new NextGen Legal Private Cloud offering for clients.
NextGen Legal Private Cloud is a cloud-ready hyperconverged infrastructure platform, an IT framework that combines storage, virtual computing and networking into a single system. This platform allows organizations to drive cost savings, easily expand capacity, and achieve greater scalability and efficiency than the previous generation of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) platforms. It also enables MTS to provide its clients with improved monitoring and management of their data systems, faster and more automated deployment of new private cloud environments, and better value for their IT investments, bringing unmatched reliability at a reduced cost.
Under terms of the agreement, MTS is leveraging the power of the industry-leading Nutanix Enterprise Cloud OS software to drive the NextGen Legal Private Cloud offering. Nutanix is a global leader in cloud software and hyperconverged infrastructure solutions. The company’s X-Powered Cloud Services solutions help organizations make IT infrastructure invisible and keep the focus on the applications and services that power businesses.

The move marks a significant investment for MTS and will make its NextGen Legal Private Cloud the largest hyperconverged infrastructure solution installation in the legal industry. MTS is a leading provider of private, hybrid and public cloud hosting to dozens of legal service providers, corporate law departments and law firms — including 25 percent of the Am Law 100.
Nutanix is used by thousands of global companies at the forefront of their industries. Its enterprise cloud technology combines the agility and simplicity of the public cloud, with the security and control needed in a private cloud. Nutanix was recently named a Leader in the February 2018 Magic Quadrant for Hyperconverged Infrastructure and was also positioned the furthest for Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute on that vision.
