LabTech, a remote monitoring and management (RMM) provider for MSPs, is now offering LabTech Cloud, cloud-based Software-as-a-Service option for MSPs. LabTech Cloud allows IT service providers to offer remote management by subscribing to the service and offering it to their own customers, with little effort and investment.
LabTech Cloud is the full version of LabTech’s RMM product – the only difference is that it is offered as a subscription service. There is no need to buy and provision hardware, and license fees are based on a pay-as-you-go model, plus free LabTech updates. The product can be deployed from any location, including LabTech’s new Asian and European distribution markets. The company Is planning to roll out more cloud computing-compatible technology and services to enable its partners.
