ATEN, a hardware provider, has launched a new lightweight LCD console that serves as the front-end console for compatible KVM switches, the CL3000N PS/2-USB LCD Console. The new console is equipped with a 10-inch power-saving LCD monitor and integrates a keyboard, video monitor, and touchpad all in one unit.
The lightweight form factor is ideal for situations with weight limitations. The CL3000N is also eco-friendly, expending only 72.9 BTUs an hour and 21.4 watts, saving up to 55 percent in energy consumption. LED backlighting is utilized for its LCD flat panel, which also provides a thinner panel, lower energy consumption, and more efficient heat dissipation.
