ArcMail Launches MDF Program and Training University for VARs

ArcMail Technology Inc., a provider of email archiving and email management appliances, has strengthened its commitment to the channel with the introduction of an new reseller program designed to further support VARs in the sales, marketing, and training of ArcMail email archiving and management solutions.

The enhanced ArcMail Reseller Program will provide channel partners in the U.S. with access to market development funds (MDFs) to encourage the promotion of ArcMail solutions to the SMB market. The company has also founded the ArcMail Sales & Training University to provide resellers with the training, resources, and support designed to achieve long-term success. †

Effective immediately, ArcMail solutions will be available exclusively through its partner channel. The company will maintain its focus on product development, and support VARs in the marketing, sales and implementation of ArcMail solutions under a tiered channel strategy. The ArcMail Reseller Program will support Standard, Premier, and Elite partner levels, each of which qualifies for access to the ArcMail Sales & Training University. In addition, eligible Premier and Elite partners benefit from a deeper discount structure as well as marketing development funds.

This new program supports a more collaborative approach to funding ArcMail marketing activities and empowers VARs with hands-on training experience for the solutions they’ll take to market, says the company. Partners can leverage MDF to finance a range of qualified marketing activities, such as advertising, email marketing, telemarketing, demo units, and tradeshow expenses, while Elite partners will experience the benefits offered by the ArcMail Sales & Training University free of charge.
