WhiteHat Security, the leading application security provider committed to securing digital businesses, announced the appointment of Matthew Hutchinson to its executive leadership team. Hutchinson has been named vice president of marketing and is reporting directly to WhiteHat Chief Revenue Officer Matt Handler.
The addition of Hutchinson allows WhiteHat to further integrate global business and marketing operations and increase the company’s recognition as an established, worldwide leader in DevSecOps and application security. He is based in WhiteHat’s San Jose, California headquarters.
Hutchinson is an enterprise technology veteran with more than 20 years of business and integrated marketing experience. Prior to joining WhiteHat, he was senior director of channel and field marketing for Thales e-Security, where his marketing expertise was responsible for impressive growth to the company’s sales pipeline and partner program. Before Thales e-Security, he also held executive marketing positions at companies like Fortinet, MegaPath, Logitech, Hewlett-Packard, Plantronics, and Nortel.
