Corsair Expands Dominator GT Line with 4 GB Memory Kit
The new low-voltage memory kit is guaranteed to operate at 2133 MHz at a memory voltage of only 1.5V, with latency settings of 9-11-9-27.
Components-maker Corsair launched a new low-voltage memory kit this week geared to system builders with an interest in overclocking.
The 4 GB Dominator GT memory kit use a matched pair of 2 GB DIMMS. It is guaranteed to operate at 2133 MHz, with latency settings of 9-11-9-27, and at a memory voltage of only 1.5V.
For thermal performance, the new CMT4GX3M2B2133C9 Dominator GT memory kit includes Corsair’s patented DHX heatsink, as well as the GT Airflow module.
“We have seen an increasing number of requests from overclockers for memory that can achieve high clock speeds at lower voltages,” says Thi La, Corsair’s vice president of memory products. “At 2133 MHz, this 4 GB memory is the world’s fastest commercially available memory at 1.5 volts.”
