Components manufacturer Corsair announced new Gaming Series power supply products this week. Corsairs latest PSUs are designed to be ideal price-performance solutions for building or upgrading gaming PCs.
The Gaming Series PSUs feature a single +12V rail, providing up to 65A of continuous power for multicore gaming PCs with single or multiple graphics cards. A dual ball-bearing fan automatically adjusts its speed according to temperature. Tri-color LEDs illuminate the transparent fan blades with blue, red, or white (the GS600 features only blue LEDs).
The entire Gaming Series PSU family is 80 PLUS certified to deliver 80 percent efficiency or higher at normal load conditions, generating a minimal amount of excess heat.
The Corsair Gaming Series GS800 is available for a suggested retail price of $119.99. The GS700 and GS600 each carry a suggested retail price of $109.99 and $99.99 respectively.
The Corsair Gaming Series power supplies will be available from Corsair-authorized storefronts worldwide.
