CharTec Partners with LiveVHD for SMB Support
The HaaS provider now offers its MSP partners Live Virtual Help Desk telephone support subscriptions for SMB customers.
Hardware as a Service provider CharTec has added live telephone support by partnering with MSP help desk solutions provider Live Virtual Help Desk (LiveVHD). IT service providers can now provide front-end help desk support based on LiveVHD’s internal processes for addressing computer system questions and problems.
The addition of telephone support enables MSPs to reduce the time and resource burdens associated with technical support teams. LiveVHD technicians can instead provide SMBs with service. “The company boasts a fix rate of nearly 90 percent on the first call,” says CharTech of LiveVHD.

Live help desk service is now available to CharTec partners for a flat monthly fee.
