Acer Rolls Out New Aspire ZC-605 Series All-in-one PC

The compact all-in-one sports an ergonomic frame with 19.5-inch LED display.

An all-in-one PC from Acer America, the Acer Aspire ZC-605 Series is now available in the United States, featuring a 19.5-inch LED display with 1,600 x 900 resolution, a built-in single array microphone, and ergonomic frame that tilts from 10 to 30 degrees. In addition, the integrated 1MP HD webcam with 720p image capture can be adjusted up to 20 degrees.

For easy access, frequently used controls are located on the front of the chassis. These include the on-screen display (OSD) button, SD card reader, USB 3.0, and a 2-in-1 combo audio jack. Cable management and keyboard storage save space and reduce clutter, and Bluetooth 4.0 and 802.11a/b/g/n eliminate messy wires. There is also a carrying handle on the back of the chassis.

The Acer ZC-605 Series comes with Windows 8, an Intel Pentium dual core 2127U processor, Intel HD graphics, 4GB DDR3 dual-channel memory, and 1TB hard drive.

It comes with an HDMI port for attaching a gaming console, while two total USB 3.0 ports and two USB 2.0 ports link the systems to peripherals and digital devices. An integrated SuperMulti optical drive enables DVD movie viewing as well as the burning of music and photos to CDs. In addition, the all-in-one has Dolby Home Theater v4 audio and two front-facing speakers.

The Acer Aspire ZC-605 Series all-in-one desktops will be available at Amazon with a limited one-year warranty. MSRP is $599.99.
