ConnectWise came out swinging at its IT Nation Secure 2025 conference in Orlando, FL, this week. The company is growing its Asio platform among some major product rollouts. The goal is to help MSPs simplify, secure, and scale quickly.
The new lineup featured:
- PSA powered by the ConnectWise Asio platform along with the ConnectWise Pro bundle
- The updated ConnectWise SIEM
- A cybersecurity integration with Microsoft through the Pax8 Marketplace
Together, these moves reinforce the company’s platform-first strategy. It also expands ConnectWise‘s growing ecosystem of AI-powered tools and partnerships. The new products were revealed during a keynote address at IT Nation Secure on June 3.
“It’s about integrating products, making them easier to deploy, making your customers safer, and helping you scale,” David Raissipour, ConnectWise’s chief product and technology officer, said during the keynote.
ConnectWise CEO Manny Rivelo called it a “foundational moment” for the company’s platform strategy. “With PSA and RMM under Asio, this truly seamless experience helps our partners simplify operations, drive efficiency, and scale faster,” Rivelo said in a prepared statement.
A Unified Platform for Service Delivery
The new PSA powered by Asio delivers a modernized experience for service desk, finance, and operations teams. Among the highlights:
- Shared data and embedded AI-powered automation via Sidekick and RPA
- Seamless integration with ConnectWise RMM to reduce manual tasks
- Multilanguage support, enhanced billing, and a consistent UI across tools
“Asio is here to eliminate redundant tasks and let MSPs focus on growing their businesses,” Raissipour said during IT Nation Secure.
The platform integration seems promising for channel partners, according to Ann Westerheim, founder and president of Ekaru, a cybersecurity-focused MSP in the Boston area. “The single source of truth of the data I think will ultimately be very powerful,” she said, noting that consolidating tools like PSA, RMM, and SIEM under one platform could deliver significant long-term benefits.
➡️ How ConnectWise Asio Platform Aims to Redefine MSP Efficiency with Evolving Capabilities
New Bundles, Smarter Licensing
ConnectWise Pro is a simplified platform that packages PSA, RMM, RPA, CPQ, remote support, and documentation under a single contract. MSPs can choose between endpoint-based or end-user pricing models. This way, it aligns naturally with how they bill their clients.
The bundle includes AI-powered enhancements like natural language bot creation and automation via RPA Pro, as well as unified dashboards for backup and security.
“It brings simplicity, automation, and scalability into one offering aligned to the way MSPs bill their clients,” Jeff Bishop, executive vice president of product management, said in a prepared statement. “ConnectWise Pro is built for the way MSPs operate today.”
Enterprise-grade Security, MSP-friendly Experience
Rounding out the announcements was the next generation of ConnectWise SIEM, reengineered to help MSPs streamline their security operations and accelerate threat detection without increasing overhead. Built on the Asio platform, the solution consolidates log management, advanced threat detection, automated alert triage, and real-time reporting—all in a single dashboard.

David Raissipour of ConnectWise
“With our latest SIEM release… we’re delivering advanced threat detection, intelligent automation, and full visibility in one streamlined experience,” said Raissipour in a prepared statement. “It’s modern security, built for MSPs.”
Raissipour added in his keynote that SIEM and other integrated tools are “not just about detection, it’s about helping MSPs reach resolution faster.”
Collaboration with Microsoft and Pax8
ConnectWise also announced ConnectWise Endpoint Management & Security for M365, a new integrated solution launched in collaboration with Microsoft and Pax8. Available through the Pax8 marketplace, the offering includes Microsoft 365 Business Premium, ConnectWise RMM Pro, MDR for Microsoft Defender, and unified dashboards for backup and security.
“We’re combining enterprise-grade security, automation, and monitoring into a single, easily consumable solution for MSPs,” said Rivelo in a prepared statement. “This is about empowering partners to scale faster, reduce complexity, and deliver real value to their clients.”
Proceeding with Caution
Scott Grahm, operations manager at Sieve Networks, welcomed the progress. However, he noted that partners will need to be patient.
“I don’t expect it to work overnight, but the process is happening. It’s getting there,” he said of the PSA transition to Asio. “To be able to take two tools — for example, RMM and PSA — and use the same platform as if you’re using the same product, that would totally be helpful.”
Raissipour acknowledged that sentiment during the keynote. The company doesn’t expect everything to work magically as soon as it launches. In fact, there may be some bumps ahead, he said.
“[These products are] going to be available for you to purchase in the next few weeks. And we stand behind their quality, stability, and reliability,” Raissipour said during the event. “We will make mistakes. Everyone does. But it’s not about not making mistakes; it’s about how you react. So we built a team that’s focused on results … We’re there to rapidly respond, remediate, and fix those mistakes.”
Looking Ahead
As ConnectWise invests further in platform unification and AI-driven workflows, the message to MSPs was to focus on growth, and let the platform handle the rest.
“We’re not just building products. We’re building the foundation that helps you innovate faster and operate more efficiently,” said Bishop during the keynote. “This is about eliminating complexity and helping you deliver world-class service at scale.”
