In addition to adding CRM functionality to Tigerpaw Mobile, states the software company, the pre-existing Field Service functionality has been given a lot of new features and tweaks. Areas given attention in this release include: Standardization, Service Order Timers, Tasks, Time Entry, Service Order entry & Editing, and List Views.
The updated mobile app also boasts faster load and response times and sports a redesigned user interface (UI) with a new Agenda page, enhanced menu, and new My Dashboard page.
