Panda Security Retools for SMB Market Growth
The cloud security company has created a “Cloud Business Unit” that will operate out of Silicon Valley and focus on worldwide growth.
Cloud security company Panda Security has formed a new “Cloud Business Unit” in order to better focus on worldwide growth of the company’s cloud-based security services for SMBs.
According to Panda, the new business unit will leverage the growing popularity of its Panda Cloud Antivirus. The group will also work to market and expand Panda Cloud Protection, which includes Panda Cloud Office Protection, Panda Cloud Email Protection, and Panda Cloud Internet Protection for SMBs.
The Menlo Park, Calif.-based Cloud Business Unit will focus initially on the US market, where senior research advisor Pedro Bustamante, †will oversee consumer market development and vice president of marketing Gary Sevounts and vice president of sales Manolo Gonzalez will focus on SMB growth.
