Shuttle Computer Group, Inc., one of the world’s leading designers of small form computers, returns to its gaming roots with the new X1 computer series designed for gamers on the go. The Shuttle X1 gaming series has a sleek, bold, and stunning design and is powered by the latest Intel Kaby Lake-H processor with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 graphics for stunning 4K/Ultra HD. The mini PC is Oculus Ready and designed for players to plunge into their virtual gaming worlds.

“Our new X1 has all the guts and brains any gamer wants, and it’s sturdy, powerful, and easy to transport,” said Robert Garcia, product manager, Shuttle Computer Group. “Put it in your backpack and bring it to your next LAN party or tournament, plug it in and you’re ready to win.”

Its dimensions, 5.6(L) x 5.6(W) x 3.4(H) inches, make it the smallest gaming computer with its specs on the market today. And unlike other gaming systems, the X1 series has its hard drive next to the vents, so air circulates constantly and efficiently. Made with Shuttle’s energy-saving heat sink and airflow technology, the fanless computer runs quiet and cool.

Designed to be ready for Intel Optane Memory, users can swap to an Intel Optane SSD for the highest speed action. With SSD performance and HDD capacity, the intelligent system automatically learns computing behaviors to accelerate play.

With a low voltage of 1.2V up to DDR4-2400 32GB memory, it effectively reduces overall power consumption and delivers stunning 4K/Ultra HD video and ultra-high resolution for total immersion. Offering plenty of I/O ports, the rear panel supports up to five independent display outputs for ultimate group play. Intel Optane Memory Technology boosts the system to deliver fast, smooth, and power-efficient gaming anywhere, and its Kensington Lock keeps it secure.

Equipped with a 7th Generation Intel Core-i5 7300HQ/Core-i7 7700HQ 14 nm processor, the gaming Nano series supports 1.2V DDR4-2400 dual channel memory with a max capacity of 32GB (16×2) for the fastest play anywhere.

With one DisplayPort, one USB 3.0 Type C, and three HDMI ports, the X1 series connects to a wide variety of devices and provides 2A current to support fast charging for mobile devices.

The optional Sound Blaster X-Fi MB5 audio provides gamers with the best sound experience as well. With features like Multi-Channel Speaker calibration, Scout Mode, and VoiceFX, various sound enhancements can be adjusted for audio realism through headphones.†

The X1 series has three iterations:

  • DKA1GH5: i5-7300HQ CPU, 128 GB SDD, 1TB storage, 4GBx2 memory, under $1460
  • DKA1GH5PRO: i5-7300HQ CPU, 256 GB SSD, 4GBx2 memory, under $1500
  • DKA1GH7: i7 CPU, 265 GB SSD, 16GBx2 memory, under $1700

Available through distribution, online retail outlets, resellers and system integrators, the X1 series comes with a three-year limited warranty.
