ADATA Expands Line of DashDrive Storage Devices

ADATA Launches USB 3.0 DashDrive Durable UD311

ADATA Technology, a manufacturer of high-performance DRAM modules and NAND Flash application products, has launched the DashDrive Durable UD311 Flash drive. The UD311 is compact and portable, with a SuperSpeed USB 3.0 interface that makes the most of Chip-On-Board (COB) technology with high transfer speed up to 85 MB/sec (Read).

As USB flash drives become more ubiquitous for the transporting and sharing of personal files and media, the structures and functions of the devices are evolving. Weighing just 3 grams (0.1 ounce), the UD311 is resistant to water and impact damage, and a strap hole allows for portability on a keychain or carry strap. A jewel-like faceted end-cap is a decorative feature that improves the overall visual appearance of the drive.

The DashDrive Durable UD311 will launch in capacities of 16, and 32 gigabytes. Purchasers of the UD311 will be eligible for a free download of ADATA’s proprietary UFDtoGO software, a tool for maintaining and updating personal data when on the road.

Availability and Price

The DashDrive Durable UD311 will be available at Amazon.com and Newegg.com, and retails for $19.99 (16GB) and $26.99 (32 GB).
