Zomentum has added auto-update pricing and reusable order forms to Zomentum Grow, its sales acceleration application for MSPs.
Both updates exemplify the vendor’s mission to help channel pros identify and close new business faster and with less effort, according to CEO Shruti Ghatge.
“Zomentum Grow reduces the complexity of the sales process by consolidating numerous tools into one platform so partners can grow revenue more quickly,” said Ghatge in a media statement. “Auto-update Pricing and Order Forms are the latest tools enabling partners to speed time to revenue and profitability.”
The new pricing feature lets users update open quotes with their distributor’s latest rates automatically every 24 hours. Partners can also include more than one distributor in quotes to ensure their clients receive the best available value. At present, Zomentum notes, MSPs must either waste time verifying prices manually or risk making unprofitable sales with customers.
The order forms feature is designed to save time and reduce data entry errors by allowing MSPs to create reusable templates for orders involving similar products. Recipients can order the same items or choose from a pool of similar items each time they reorder. MSPs can create both client-specific forms and generic ones suitable for any customer.
Users can employ both new features in tandem, Zomentum says, to simplify the sales process by incorporating automatically refreshed prices in templated quotes.
Zomentum had over 3,000 partners using its software to process some $800 million of sales revenue annually as of June. The company introduced a partner management solution aimed at streamlining sales involving SaaS solution that month, four new security assessment tools in April, and a SaaS billing reconciliation solution in March.
