Tigerpaw Software, Inc., a developer of business automation and service management software in Bellevue, Neb., announced the addition of data import functionality from Tech Data Canada applications to its end-to-end business operations software solutions, Tigerpaw CRM. The partnership is designed to equip resellers with the tools they need to manage quotes, installation orders, service management, invoicing, purchasing and accounting in one end-to-end solution.
The integration expands functionality by combining Tech Data Canada's configuration, pricing, and quoting engine with the ability to import quotes directly into Tigerpaw through Tigerpaw's Quote Import Tool, eliminating the need to re-key data. As a result, users can export customer data directly from Tech Data Canada to Tigerpaw CRM to develop proposals and manage data through the service, billing, and accounting processes.
