Ingram Micro Launches Membership Program for Growth-Focused Cloud Partners: Page 2 of 2

Called, ULTRA, it offers access to white-glove resources only the biggest cloud service providers typically get from vendors or can afford to buy themselves. By Rich Freeman

ULTRA is the newest offering from Ingram’s cloud customer success unit. Created early last year, the group gives top partners revenue building advice, platform consulting, and technical support through dedicated customer success managers. Other partners get similar resources on a one-to-many basis. Though ULTRA already has members of every description, its primary target is smaller partners who crave resources similar to what only large partners otherwise receive.

Ingram CEO Paul Bay touted the increased investments in partner success the company has made since its 2021 acquisition by private investor Platinum Equity during a Cloud Summit keynote this year. The distributor unveiled a partner “digital experience” platform designed to replace and unify an array of currently separate tools during that conference as well.
