Membership in the program has been “a difference maker,” he continues, noting that his company typically passes the cash reward it gets on hardware buys along to customers rather than pocket the money. 

“Our clients are getting tremendous products that are like weeds, that won’t die, for a very good price that is below website price, or below where you can go and pick up at Fry’s,” Blanco says.

According to Sokunbi, Dell plans to add tiers to Expert Network in the future. “We don’t have all the details defined yet, but we’re looking at maybe creating like three levels based on the level of engagement we have with MSPs,” he says.
