Code42 Adds Tools and Resources to Its Partner Program

Backup software and services vendor Code42 Software Inc., based in Minneapolis, has made additions to its year-old Summit Partner Program.

To help partners increase sales, the company has created a Partner Resource Center with tools, co-brandable content, and other resources. It has also developed a Summit Up partner webinar, held each quarter, that features video interviews highlighting partners’ key wins in the channel. And a new application gives partners the ability to generate sales quotes at any time.

In addition, Code42 has created a Summit Up quarterly communications program to keep partners apprised of product and other updates, and an annual Channel Day to build relationships with its key partners and regional sales teams, provide ongoing education, and drive new business opportunities through Code42-led prospecting exercises.

A refreshed training and certification program enables partners to choose the curriculum and method—on-site or on-demand—that makes the most sense for their business. Several tracks are available, including sales, technical, and deep dive. Training road shows are also held with channel managers and regional sales reps.

A dedicated onboarding resource helps partners win business within their first 90 days by creating a 30-, 60-, and 90-day success plan that outlines key milestones for partner success, including business plan development, training completion, and Code42 pitch delivery.
