ChannelPro-SMB, the premier source of business and technology insights for channel partners serving the small and midsize business market, held its final 2014 live event on November 5th in Philadelphia.
Event sessions included Secrets to Making Money in the Cloud, Extreme Makeover: Managed Services Sales Edition, Life after Server 2003 and Windows XP: The Long Tail of Opportunity, and CompTIA’s Quick Start Session to Tackling Cloud Security Concerns. The SMB Forum represented a dynamic cross-section of the channel with more than 160 IT solution providers, managed service providers, VARs, IT consultants, expert speakers, and sponsors under one roof. The full-day, live event was hailed as a success by all involved. “We had a great turnout and an energetic and engaged crowd,” said Michael Siggins, vice president and publisher of ChannelPro-SMB and master of ceremonies at the event. “ChannelPro-SMB is the only media outlet that focuses on the unique needs of channel pros serving the SMB market, and this event brings all of our efforts to life in a dynamic way.”
The event also featured a showcase of vendor solutions for SMBs, which provided additional learning opportunities for channel pros and enabled them to get one-on-one advice on employing new technologies and services to better serve their customers.
