Announced on day one of the manufacturer’s Reinvent conference in Houston, the changes are designed to help partners sell faster while responding to increased demand for subscription-based purchasing options.

The new release can identify and block anomalous application or user behavior and includes both a web-based management console and administrative automation features.

The new offerings, which include end-to-end professional services, managed security services, and cloud migration services, are targeted at members of Palo Alto’s NextWave partner program building cybersecurity and cloud practices.

The new devices are 20 percent lighter than equivalents with lead acid batteries, and are designed to require less maintenance as well, making them a fit for distributed IT and edge computing environments.

The two-day event is geared to helping QuoteWerks users improve their sales process, close more deals, and optimize the tools.
