ConnectWise Shows Newest Edition PSA Software at VMWorld

Tampa, Fla.-based ConnectWise, a SaaS provider of professional service automation (PSA) applications, will show the newest edition of its ConnectWise PSA software at VMworld 2009 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco August 31 to September 3, 2009 (booth 1638).
ConnectWise, a Silver Sponsor of VMworld, combines help desk, dispatching, service level management, project management, CRM, integrated time-tracking, billing, and reporting into a unified hosted application. The latest version of ConnectWise includes enhancements based on feedback from its user community, including an inventory module tailored to the IT industry. ConnectWise PSA is capable of tracking and managing inventory on-site and in multiple warehouses, as well as by a technician. Other features include:
