New TAA-Compliant Eaton UPS Products Available

Eaton’s single-phase uninterruptible power systems 5115 tower, 5130 rack/tower, and 9130 rack are rolled out as company reaffirms its PowerAdvantage and Deal Registration partner programs.

Eaton Corp.’s new single-phase uninterruptible power systems (UPSs) New TAA-Compliant Eaton UPS Products Availablehave been officially released.

The company says its 9170, 9155, 9355, 9390 UPSs, as well as the FERRUPS and BladeUPS, are compliant with the U.S. Trade Agreement Act (TAA). Moreover, Eaton says the products were designed with a wide range of government facilities in mind (including schools, courthouses, libraries, and state facilities).

Now, additional single-phase units are also available in the Eaton 5115 tower, 5130 rack/tower, and 9130 rack UPS product lines.

Because of the products’ TAA compliancy, Eaton is also touting its programs for information technology (IT) resellers. With Eaton’s PowerAdvantage Partner Program, Deal Registration Program, and Government and Healthcare Rebate, resellers can earn a discount of up to 14 percent.

“Data centers, and the networks that support them, form the backbone of government operations in the 21st Century, especially considering every aspect of an organization can be affected when there’s a problem with power,” says Eaton product manager, power quality division, Matt Cheap. “Eaton’s single-phase UPSs are designed to deliver the reliability and uptime necessary for critical applications.”

Eaton’s global electrical product lines include Cutler-Hammer, Moeller, Powerware, Holec, MEM, Santak, and MGE Office Protection Systems.
