Business management software developer ConnectWise announced this week that the Australian business systems developer iSell has completed integration of its ITQuoter with the ConnectWise software. For MSPs and VARs, this means SMBs using IT Quoter will be able mesh systems with users of the popular ConnectWise software and vice versa.
ITQuoter is a quoting tool that can manage anything from a simple one-line quote to complex custom bids. iSell provides automatic pricing and description updates covering Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. The company specializes in supplier and vendor price lists and catalogue management.
“ConnectWise partners who are new to ITQuoter will find hundreds of distributors and vendors already available in our master database of over two million products,” says iSell sales manager Gary Henderson.
ITQuoter includes CRM, sales management functionality, job tracking, service management, enhanced business reporting, and GEN III eCommerce.
“Users of ITQuoter and ConnectWise can be up and running in under an hour to efficiently manage the process of quoting, price checking in open quotes, customer orders, supplier purchases, and more,” says ConnectWise in a press† release submitted to Channel Pro-SMB.
According to ConnectWise, the new integration will enables VARs to:
- Link quotes to opportunities.
- Create forecast lines in ConnectWise.
- Create products from customer orders (sales orders).
- Link accounts and contacts between ITQuoter and ConnectWise.
- Bulk import accounts and contacts from ConnectWise.
