TBI announced that Kim Rusch, formerly of Sandler Partners/X4 Solutions, has joined the master agency as a Channel Manager supporting agents in the Midwest.
In this role, Kim will focus on development and growth†strategies through agnostic training, technical support and sales enablement resources for agents in Illinois, Wisconsin, and Indiana.
“Kim brings extensive experience within the channel space to TBI and a sense of dedication in developing close-knit, trusted relationships with every agent,” said Marco Sanchez, TBI†Director of Sales. “We’re thrilled to have her join our team, and I’m confident she will resonate well within TBI’s agent community.”
Prior to joining TBI, Kim spent nine years as Midwest Area Vice President for Sandler/X4 Solutions. While there, she focused on growth, development and customer retention strategies with her agents. She successfully doubled revenues in four years, recruited new agents now averaging over 150k in annual sales, and increased new UCaaS sales to over 200%. Additionally, Kim achieved President’s Club status numerous times.
During her free time, Kim sits on the board of The Lazy Volunteers and helps support other organizations, including Ronald McDonald House and New Moms.†
