Ninja MSP Partners with TeamViewer

Ninja MSP adds TeamViewer remote control and online collaboration software to the Ninja RMM bundle.

Ninja MSP, developer of the SaaS-based remote management and monitoring platform Ninja RMM, has announced a partnership with TeamViewer, a provider of remote desktop sharing software. Ninja RMM is an eco-system based approach to IT management, combining all the products managed service providers use every day to run their business in a single pane of glass. Ninja will officially resell TeamViewer as part of the main Ninja RMM bundle.

By integrating TeamViewer with Ninja RMM, technicians can use the native TeamViewer player, mobile app, or launch a screen-sharing session with a single click directly from the Ninja console.†

“We have invested significant engineering hours to make sure we can deliver the best screen sharing integration in the market, making the user experience as seamless as possible for the MSP,” says John Reumann, VP business development and marketing, Ninja MSP.

“We are very excited to have partnered with Ninja and to have TeamViewer as part of Ninja’s bundle. Thanks to the close collaboration with our engineering and product teams, Ninja has done an amazing job on the integration. It’s great to see a next-generation service using the full capability of our TeamViewer API,” says Alfredo Patron, VP business development at TeamViewer.
