Computer hardware manufacturer, BIOSTAR has unveiled the iDEQ-T1 series mini PC, a micro-mini computer specifically designed to replace the conventional desktop PC by being smaller, lighter, and more mobile, but with similar features and capabilities. At two-thirds the surface area of a piece of paper and with a weight of only 0.8Kg, the iDEQ-T1, in conjunction with the HTPC platform, is ideal for environments needing a small, fully-featured PC.
The mini PC supports 2 SO-DIMM of DDR3L 1333MHz for up to 16G of RAM capacity and provides full Intel powered HD Graphics. It also supports BIOSTAR’s BIO-Remote 2 Technology and Charger Booster Technology.
The IDEQ-T1 is based on the Bay Trail platform with quad-core Intel Celeron N2940. Other features include a PCIe slot that can be used to install an optional 802.11b/g/n WiFi card as well as 1 x USB 3.0 port, 3 x USB 2.0 ports, and HDMI/VGA ports.
The mini PC also includes a VESA mount, allowing users to hide the unit behind a monitor or large size TV.
