Tech Data Corporation has expanded its agreement with Oracle to provide Oracle’s suite of Software as a Service (SaaS) cloud applications to resellers in the United States through the company’s TDCloud business unit. The announcement was made in conjunction with Oracle OpenWorld, taking place this week in San Francisco, California.

Tech Data offers the scale and depth solution providers need to successfully sell Oracle SaaS solutions to end-user customers.”
Through the agreement, Tech Data will offer the following Oracle SaaS solutions:
- Oracle Sales Cloud: Provides resellers with a customizable customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Oracle Service Cloud: Delivers multi-channel customer experiences across the web, social networks, and contact centers via the cloud. Oracle Service Cloud enables solution providers and their end-user customers to manage the support channels that matter most in their business.
- Oracle Global HR Cloud: Part of Oracle HCM Cloud, this solution enables end users to design a global foundation for Human Resources (HR) data and improve business processes.
- Oracle Talent Management Cloud: Part of Oracle HCM Cloud, helps organizations manage the entire employee lifecycle, empowering HR managers, and employees to help leverage their talent to drive improved performance and business success.
