Thermaltake, a manufacturer of PC cases, thermal solutions, and power supply units, has released the Core V51 window mid-tower chassis, a new member of the Core Series, which now comes after the launch of Core V71 and Core V1. Core V51 is an enthusiast’s grade mid-tower that provides space for high-end hardware and liquid cooling expansion with support for the latest X99 motherboards including E-ATX, ATX, Micro ATX, and all high-end GPU cards. Features of the Core V51 include:
- A transparent side window offers a direct view of the inner system, and a perforated top and front panel for heat dissipation and air intake for ventilation.
- 5.25-inch and 3.5-inch tool-free drive bay design with modular drive racks for accessory and storage devices.
- A customizable 5.25-inch and 3 .5-inch drive bay feature enables users to interchange the 3.5-inch hard-drive cages to suit their needs and remove the 5.25-inch and 3.5-inch drive bays to gain maximum interior space for advance cooling performance or liquid system build.†
- DIY/AIO liquid cooling systems and air cooling units — Two 120mm intake fans are hidden behind the front dust filter, pushing air over the hard drives and GPUs. The air is then extracted by the third 120mm fan at the rear.
Core V51 chassis will†support†200 mm case fans and†420 mm radiator liquid cooling with a long graphics card at the same time, protecting the user’s hardware as well as increasing the CPU’s overclocking potential.
