Developer LMR International Inc. (LMR) has announced the latest iteration of its CRM software solution, Contact Your Client Ultimate.
Contact Your Client Ultimate is a Windows-based CRM contact management software featuring integrated marketing, telemarketing, prospecting, SEO, invoicing, emailing, e-Commerce, and financial charging capabilities.
The CRM/contact database enables SMBs to manage an unlimited number of customers and prospects. Data retrieval is designed to be fast, even with several hundred thousands of contacts in the database. The full-featured lead management system works with Contact Your Client’s integrated eMail (send and receive) and eFax functions.
“It’s easy to attach unlimited images, spreadsheets, Word files, and PDFs to your contact records,” states a LMR press release submitted to ChannelPro-SMB. “You can visualize affiliates and their downlines, assign them commissions, and print their commission checks.”

Contact Your Client’s marketing functions includes a telemarketing system with merging capabilities. SMBs can switch up to 15 scripts or branches instantaneously and add information gathered from phone interviews to the contact database easily.
In addition, an invoicing system includes billing for all of the company’s products and services, collection of outstanding bills, and payment processing. Credit card payments as well as ACH checks, escrow payments, and check draft writing are supported.
The software includes a comprehensive email manager to send and receive emails with merging capabilities, an auto-responder a debt reduction analyzer, a goal manager, a Twitter scheduler, and several dozen additional functions for a real all-inclusive solution.
Availability
Contact Your Client is available in Lite, Pro, and Ultimate version, with prices starting at $299.97. There are also lease options to use the software as SaaS. This starts at $19.97 per month.
Users can upgrade or downgrade without losing their data.
