Display innovator ViewSonic Corp. used the Digital Signage Expo (DSE) forum in Las Vegas this week to showcase its new 46-inch CDX4650-L.
The CDX4650-L is an ultra-narrow LED backlight, LCD commercial display with Intel Open Pluggable Specification (OPS) PC / media player input compatibility.
“At last year’s show, ViewSonic introduced DSE attendees to an ultra-narrow, bezel OPS compatible LED commercial display,” says Gene Ornstead, ViewSonic’s director of product marketing. “Today, we are proud to expand this innovative product lineup, providing retailers and other industries with a greater selection of versatile OPS displays for their custom customer enclosure needs.”
Featuring a slim bezel, the full HD, ultra narrow 46-inch commercial display features an Intel OPS slot for integration with any OPS compatible media player. With 700 nits high-definition brightness and a color contrast ratio of up to 4000:1, viewers are sure to experience beautiful and bold Full HD 1920×1080 images.
The CDX4650-L is an energy-saving LED designed to support a range of applications and operations. It boasts multiple video inputs (HDMI, VGA, DVI, S-Video, YPbPr and CVBS) as well as the ability to be mounted in portrait or landscape orientation.
The CDX4650-LED will be available in North and Latin America in March for an ESP of $3,599. The CDX50-L series is also available in the 55-inch CDX5550-L. Both solutions come with a three-year limited warranty.
