ConnectWise, which provides service management software for IT service providers, VARs, ISVs, and MSPs, has announced that Client Heartbeat has completed integration of its customer satisfaction monitoring tool with ConnectWise.
Client Heartbeat provides a business intelligence tool that MSPs use to send automated, periodic surveys to their clients. Customer responses are then benchmarked against other MSPs in the region. Client Heartbeat surveys achieve a significant participation rate of at least 60 percent, according to the company, and with an awards program and social sharing functionality built in, MSPs have the opportunity to generate word-of-mouth referrals.
With this integration, partners can sync client data already in ConnectWise with the Client Heartbeat portal where the partner can monitor and manage survey results and information. Since surveys are performed quarterly, Client Heartbeat enables partners to monitor and track customer satisfaction over time, and receive alerts regarding “at-risk” customers.
