The network monitoring applications add wireless management and visual insight features.
Network management developer Ipswitch has launched the latest iteration of its WhatsUp Gold 16 product suite.
Version 16 of the WhatsUp Gold product suite offers the same “pane of glass” insight into the network, system, and application administration.
New features of the suite include wireless infrastructure management to monitor wireless bandwidth and stay vigilant in protection against rogue users. It also offers Layer 2 discovery and mapping for visual insight into the connectivity between devices as well as a complete, 360-degree view of the network.
In addition, application performance management is also available, ensuring all business-critical applications (like SalesForce, QuickBooks, etc.) and website performance remain reliable.
With a device-based pricing model, WhatsUp Gold aims to quell buyer confusing and save SMBs money by ensuring a pay-for-use model. Pricing starts at $1595.
