LabTech Integrates RMM Solutions with Reflexion Networks’ Email Services

Remote monitoring and management capabilities enable MSPs to create alerts for Reflexion Total Control and Reflexion Archiving, Discovery, and Recovery users in the face of latency or availability issues.

Remote monitoring and management (RMM) solutions developer LabTech Software has announced integration of its software with the suite of email services from Reflexion Networks. The result is a “simple and automated way to ensure the integrity and health of mission-critical email services,” according to press release submitted to Channel Pro-SMB.

LabTech Integrates RMM Solutions with Reflexion Networks Email ServicesLabTech’s RMM integration enables managed services providers and SMBs to monitor the availability of the Reflexion Total Control (RTC) and Reflexion Archiving, Discovery, and Recovery (RADAR) services user interface. RTC is a hosted email security service that blocks spam, viruses, and volume-based attacks before they reach the corporate network.† RADAR provides business with a complete, searchable email archive that can be accessed at anytime from anywhere on the Internet.†

The LabTech integration enables the instant alert of interrupted services. LabTech also offers monitoring of the latency of the Reflexion mail scanner to immediately detect inbound our outbound latency, services’ user interface, instantly sending an alert if service is interrupted.†LabTech also proactively monitors the latency of the Reflexion mail scanner. “Service-affecting incidents are identified as quickly as possible and steps can be taken to ensure service quality,” according to the LabTech press release.
