The remote management and monitoring software now enables MSPs to centralize managed services offerings via the popular “operating system” software.
Remote management and monitoring (RMM) and managed security software developer Naverisk Ltd has released the latest iteration of its RMM platform for SMBs. Version 5 of RMM adds two-way integration with business operating system software ConnectWise.
Naverisk is a Web-based RMM automation software platform that enables IT service providers to deliver managed IT services and managed security services. With a low total cost of ownership and “pay as you use” licensing, Naverisk delivers managed services to SMBs. Integration with ConnectWise gives Naverisk users improved tools for reducing complexity, increasing productivity, and maximizing ROI.
“The combination of the Naverisk platform — available as an on-premises software or cloud/SaaS implementation — with ConnectWise helps users centralize, administer, invoice and report on managed services offerings,” states a Naverisk press release submitted to Channel Pro-SMB.
“We were driven by partner demand to integrate with ConnectWise,” says Naverisk founder and CEO Jon Kalaugher. “This is another step toward our goal of making Naverisk the Remote Monitoring and Management automation platform of choice for SMB IT service providers globally.”
For Connectwise’s part, the company’s community director Jeannine Edwards says the integration helps channel pros “simplify management, overcome challenges, and increase productivity.”
