Data management developer Business Intelligence Associates Inc. (BIA) has announced the general availability of TotalDiscovery.com, a new Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) eDiscovery application.
According to BIA, TotalDiscovery.com is the first eDiscovery data collection and preservation solution to give IT “unprecedented visibility into data needed by legal departments for case development.” The system also allows IT more control over critical discovery processes and standardized workflows at the earliest stages of litigation.
TotalDiscovery.com also includes BIA’s new Data Profiler, an assessment tool that gives IT and legal teams an early snapshot of the volume and format of discovery data before spending any money on eDiscovery activities
BIA says its new TotalDiscovery.com offering is the only SaaS application that automates the identification, collection, and delivery of data for legal purposes. “Ready to run with virtually no setup, the system meets secure data collection and assessment needs without incurring large costs,” the company states in a press release submitted to Channel Pro-SMB. The company adds that the offering is Unicode and privacy law compliant.
