Tigerpaw and LabTech Integrate RMM Products
The integration connects professional service automation tools of Tigerpaw and RMM capabilities of LabTech.
Business software developer Tigerpaw Software Inc. announced this week an advanced managed services integration with LabTech, a remote monitoring management (RMM) solution. According to Tigerpaw, the integration results in the “connectivity between the professional service automation tools of Tigerpaw and the RMM capabilities of LabTech.”
“The comprehensive business management, service automation, and tracking tools in Tigerpaw ideally complement LabTech’s fault monitoring, performance, asset reporting, and remote remediation,” says Tigerpaw president James Foxall. “For MSPs and IT providers planning a move into the MSP space, this partnership offers a complete solution.”
Using Tigerpaw software, LabTech alerts can be converted into Tigerpaw service orders, poll assets, bills for open tickets, and close notifications. The products form what Tigerpaw calls a “closed-loop system” that shares monitoring, alerts, metrics, ticketing, asset polling, invoicing, and reporting data.
Tigerpaw users can also employ the Tigerpaw MSP Agreement Billing feature, which defines the billing conditions and manages MSP agreements. MSP Agreement Billing supports non-managed items (such as unmonitored monthly backup) to produce complete invoices for agreements.
LabTech provides such IT management tools as remote desktop, monitoring, trouble ticket tracking, user information, and support, and software management. LabTech offers its agent-based solution to partners, with the ability of adding more as an SMB grows.
