Kensington Adds Two Power Adapters
The accessory-maker’s Laptop Power Adapters line of products broadens with release of a Wall Laptop Power Adapter and a Wall Laptop Power Adapter with USB Power Port.
Computer accessory-maker Kensington Computer Products Group has added two engineered power solutions to its Laptop Power Adapters.
Kensington’s Wall Laptop Power Adapter is a portable accessory ideal for replacing a primary laptop adapter or as a backup power. The Wall Laptop Power Adapter with USB Power Port offers dual charging for all USB type of devices.
The laptop adapters are universally compatible with laptop computers from such manufacturers as HP, Compaq, Dell, and Toshiba.
According to Kensington, the new power products underwent the following tests:
- Burn-in testing
- Dynamic load testing
- Temperature testing
- HiPot testing used
Both of the new Kensington power adapters also feature recyclable packaging and are Energy Star qualified. †
