AirFlow Pro Displays Memory Activity and Voltage for Enthusiasts
Corsair’s new LED product mounts above the memory for “dynamic display of memory activity and temperature” inside cases with windows.
Hardware designer and supplier Corsair introduced AirFlow Pro this week. It’s a parametric display for select models of the company’s Dominator memory line. The display reads memory activity and voltage from modules enabled with DHX Pro technology, and it presents the data on an LED display that mounts above the memory.
Corsair first introduced the Pro Series in 2003, inspired in part by hobbyist customers, says Corsair. “Enthusiasts have always been interested in knowing what is going on with their memory,” the company states in a press release on the subject submitted to EH Publishing. The new AirFlow Pro parametric display takes that ability a step further.
“The AirFlow Pro takes memory activity and parametric display to a new level,” says Corsair vice president of technical marketing John Beekley. “The AirFlow Pro implementation, combined with the display of activity and temperature, makes this device a must-have for any system with a windowed case.”
Corsair AirFlow Pro will be available later this summer from Corsair’s authorized distributors and resellers.
