N-able Technologies, a provider of remote monitoring and management software for managed service providers (MSPs) and IT departments, announced a field and web-based training program that takes direct aim at the two biggest barriers inhibiting the growth of MSPs: new customer acquisition and placing all existing SMB customers’ networked devices under management. †

Available free of charge, this new training program, which includes a 12-part webinar series, is designed to accelerate the adoption of managed services by making it easier and more lucrative for N-able’s MSP partners to offer 100 percent IT coverage to any SMB customer, regardless of whether they are break-fix, responsive, proactive, or managed.
