N-able Intros Free Training to Help MSPs Maximize Sales

N-able Intros Free Training to Help MSPs Maximize Sales†

The combination of N-central 7.0 software and hands-on training enables MSPs to maximize sales by mastering new customer acquisition, says the company.

N-able Technologies, a provider of remote monitoring and management software for managed service providers (MSPs) and IT departments, announced a field and web-based training program that takes direct aim at the two biggest barriers inhibiting the growth of MSPs: new customer acquisition and placing all existing SMB customers’ networked devices under management. †

Available free of charge, this new training program, which includes a 12-part webinar series, is designed to accelerate the adoption of managed services by making it easier and more lucrative for N-able’s MSP partners to offer 100 percent IT coverage to any SMB customer, regardless of whether they are break-fix, responsive, proactive, or managed.

†”Although managed services adoption is at a record high within the IT channel, the reality is nearly 90 percent of the IT infrastructure that supports small and midsize businesses remain unmanaged,” explains Gavin Garbutt, president and CEO of N-able. “It’s a huge revenue and services opportunity for the IT channel that cannot be ignored and is one of the many reasons we made such an unprecedented investment in N-central 7.0, our new freemium model, and most recently, this new training program. Our goal is to enable the proliferation of managed services and stimulate the mass-market adoption across the vast SMB landscape.”

The first in the series of 12 live webinars is “100% IT Coverage: How to Drive Reoccurring Service Revenue from All Your Customers Without Making Major Changes to Your Business” hosted by Gavin Garbutt and two N-able partner development specialists on April 22 from 2 to 3 p.m. ET. Registration for this free training course is now open to N-able partners.

Other webinars in the series include “Generating Leads with a Free Offering,” “Demonstrating Value with an Executive Strategy Meeting,” “How to Target Specific Product or Service Needs,” and “Building an Effective Referral Program.” Click here to view the complete webinar calendar including titles, descriptions and registration details.
