QuoteWerks Now Integrated with ConnectWise
Integration of the sales quoting tool with one of the popular PSA packages simplifies the creation of estimates, proposals, and more.
Aspire Technologies, Inc., a provider of sales quoting software solutions, has completed integration with ConnectWise, the business operating system designed for IT service providers.
The combination of QuoteWerks and ConnectWise makes it simpler to provide estimates and proposals to prospective customers, combine sales quotes with business development opportunities in the pipeline, create orders and service tickets within ConnectWise, and gain visibility into revenue streams from products, services, managed services, and other sources.
Recurring revenue also flows from QuoteWerks into the ConnectWise opportunity. Multiple quotes can be attached to the same ConnectWise opportunity, which is useful when customers would like to see multiple options, when customers require orders to be split for budgetary reasons, or when larger projects are split into phases. QuoteWerks searches the ConnectWise product database and adds these ConnectWise products to the QuoteWerks quote. Follow up calls are automatically scheduled within ConnectWise to automate the timely follow up on the quote.
The QuoteWerks built-in ConnectWise integration is available in the Corporate Edition of QuoteWerks with no additional modules to purchase.
