Tigerpaw and Zenith Infotech Integrate for a ‘Closed-Loop System’
Managed service providers can now offer remote IT management services based on synchronized features of the companies’ respective products.
Tigerpaw Software Inc., developer of business automation and service management applications, has enabled its CRM/service management solutions to integrate with Zenith Infotech.†
While the Zenith solution remotely manages client infrastructures, network components, servers, and individual desktop PCs, Tigerpaw’s solution provides CRM, sales, and services management within and throughout those infrastructures and networks.
The synchronization of data between Zenith Infotech and Tigerpaw enables SMB clients and/or providers to convert alerts into service orders, bill for open tickets, and close notifications with a few simple clicks. The result is a closed-loop system that all at once can monitor, alert, provide metrics, manage tickets, organize invoicing and reports–all from a single integrated system.†
“Integration of these applications provides solution providers with the advanced tools they need to effectively and efficiently manage their clients’ IT infrastructure,” says Tigerpaw CEO Dave Foxall. “This reduces service and support costs and ensures the solution providers’ profitability and success.”
In addition, Tigerpaw’s new MSP Agreement Billing feature defines billing conditions and manages MSP agreements. MSP Agreement Billing supports non-managed items, such as unmonitored monthly backup, to produce invoices for agreements using updated asset information.
“Being able to automatically generate and manage service tickets in your PSA software based on real-time alerts in your managed services software allows you to react and respond quickly to your customer needs,” Foxall says.
