Sales and marketing expert Robin Robins says “it’s a fantastic time be an MSP” for those who grab the opportunities and think like an entrepreneur. Still, it’s an evolving industry, and she expects smaller MSPs will face more competition (not insurmountable) from what she calls “super MSPs,” compliance expertise will be a bigger factor in buyers’ decisions, and automation and simplification of back-end tools will enable MSPs to become true sales and marketing organizations.
