Distributor Tech Data Corp. has added Fiberlink to its TDMobility offering in the United States. TDMobility will offer Fiberlink’s complete suite of MaaS360 solutions, which provide IT organizations with mobility intelligence and control aimed at keeping corporate data secure on smartphones and tablets.
Fiberlink is a provider of cloud-based solutions for secure mobile device management and mobile application management. For its part, company president Christopher Clark says Fiberlink is “excited to partner with TDMobility to address the most critical capabilities.”
“Through our partnership with TDMobility, members of Tech Data’s partner community are now able to become MaaSters Partners,” Clark says, “which will enable them to expand existing customer relationships to help their customers support both employee-owned and corporate-issued devices, earn attractive margins and a recurring revenue model, accelerate sales cycles and time-to-market, easily bundle complementary products and services, and leverage a proven, award-winning cloud mobility platform.”
TDMobility, a joint venture between Tech Data and Brightstar, is designed to simplify resellers’ entry into the mobile market and provide end-to-end, platform-encompassing mobile hardware, software, service plans, activation, and billing regardless of the carrier.
