Naverisk Releases 2014 R1 RMM and Service Desk Software

Naverisk has released Naverisk 2014 R1, a unified RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) and service desk software that is now available with new features allowing MSPs and IT service providers to “extend the scope, quality, and efficiency of their service delivery,” states Jon Kalaugher, Naverisk’s founder and CEO.

The new release of Naverisk 2014 R1 includes the following enhancements:
