Kaseya Announces Integration Pact with IT Glue

Kaseya’s RMM and PSA products now exchange data automatically with IT Glue’s documentation solution as a result of the deal, which also makes Kaseya the first vendor authorized to resell IT Glue solutions. By Rich Freeman

Kaseya isn’t the only provider of managed services solutions expanding the range of capabilities they offer. Other leading vendors are rapidly assembling end-to-end product catalogs as well. Datto Inc., of Norwalk, Conn., most prominently, has offered solutions spanning BDR, networking, file sync and share, RMM, PSA, and more since its merger with Autotask Corp. last December.

Tampa, Fla.-based ConnectWise, meanwhile, augmented its platform to provide management control over cloud systems from Cisco Systems Inc., Amazon Web Services, and others in November, while Boston-based Continuum added a line of security products to its lineup last October.
